NCIS Star Pauley Perrettes Ex Husband Charged With Violating Restraining Order

Coyote Shivers, a musician who appeared in the 1995 film "Empire Records," has been charged with violating the restraining order which Perrette has against him, reports TMZ.
The reason? Last March, Shivers, 47, and his new wife showed up at the same Hollywood sushi restaurant that Perrette, 43, and her current fianc were dining at, when an argument ensued. At the time, Shivers insisted that he and his wife, Mayra Dias Gomes, had been frequent diners at Shintaro and it was all a coincidence, but apparently a judge felt differently.
If convicted, Shivers who is currently on probation for harassing Perrette's lawyer could face up to a year-and-a-half behind bars.
But Gomes is standing by her man. Her Twitter page's wallpaper is a photo of herself wearing a "Free Coyote Shivers" T-shirt, and on Sunday she tweeted, "I am strong, smart and I have faith. I stand by my husband's side with love, compassion and hope for a better future."
Shivers and Perrette split in 2004 after four years of marriage. He was previously married to Bebe Buell, Liv Tyler's mother, who has also clai! med Shivers harassed her both during and after their relationship.
Reps for Perrette did not immediately respond to omg!'s request for comment.
