Splash NewsLiv Tyler has set a fair few tongues wagging after she was spotted enjoying a movie date with British actor and Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch earlier this week, and it appears she did the same last night.
However, it was for a whole different reason as the beautiful American actress suffered a wardrobe malfunction when the flashes of the cameras exposed her bra underneath her black top which she had worn with a black skirt, black cardigan and black shoes.
Despite suffering the wardrobe malfunction, the star who was pictured arriving at the Mr Chow restaurant in Beverly Hills, opted to concentrate on keeping her head down and making it into the restaurant as quickly as possible.

Whilst rumours have started to circulate about a possible romance between the pair, who were also spotted together at a post-Emmy Awards party last week, Benedict, who plays the role of the iconic detective, Sherlock, had to brush off the reports that he was romancing Russian model, Katia Elizarova earlier this month.
He told the Sunday Telegraph: "We're just old friends. I can't say any more than that."
