The actress works out with celebrity trainer David Kirsch who advocates a tough regimen of cardio and muscle-sculpting using a stability ball, medicine ball and dumb-bells.
Tyler follows his New York City Diet when she wants to get in shape fast two weeks of two-hour workouts and no carbs, alcohol or dairy.

What to try: The Twisted Curl works the rectus, traversus and oblique abdominal muscles.
Sit with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, resting on your elbows.
Press your lower back to the floor, squeeze your abdominals and curl your torso up to the left, lifting your arms to the outside of your thigh.
Holding the curl, do ten pulses in that position.
Change sides and repeat two sets on each side.
