Inside scoop on Johnny Depp's jam session with Aerosmith

Johnny Depp is proof that a breakup does the body good. Since publicly announcing the end of his 14-year love affair with wife Vanessa Paradis, the actor has taken full advantage of his singledom in Los Angeles. His go-to for a good time has been rocking out with bands such as Aerosmith and the Black Keys.

His most recent jam session took place at the Hollywood Bowl on Monday where Depp took the stage with Aerosmiths Steven Tyler and Joe Perry. The trio of musicians performed Train Kept a Rollin for the celebrity-filled audience. Familiar faces included Liv Tyler and Jim Carrey.

Following his surprise gig, Depp joined Tyler and Perry at Harry Mortons Pink Taco on Sunset Boulevard. Liv and Mia Tyler, Carrey, Seth Green and Lawrence Bender also attended the after-party. The array of celebrity guests drank margaritas and chatted until the wee hours of the night.

A witness said Depp, who was seen leaving the hot spot at 2 a.m., was in high spirits and [seemed to] really enjoy the party.
